We are Hiring For Customer Support Associate (Service Recovery)


Skillset-

Qualification:


  • Should be Graduate from any field / 3 years diploma

Experience:


  • Fresher or Minimum 6 months from BPO or Customer Support (preferred).
Salary
- ₹ 23000 ctc (18.5k in hand) and Incentives

Shift

  • Day for females till 9pm/ Rotational for males
Location

  • Embassy Tech Village Rd, Bellandur, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560103

Roles and Responsibility-
To resolve issues and queries of customers on call.

Provide appropriate solutions and substitutes within the timeframes specified, and follow up to ensure resolution

Maintain client interaction logs, handle customer accounts, and file paperwork as and when necessary

Follow communication protocols, rules, and policies


Relocations Bonus-

Cab Facility:


  • Cab with Home pick and drop available within Bengaluru within 35km radius from Office

Interview mode -
HR round - Virtual

Versant - Language Assessment

4C round - Virtual

Client ops - Virtual


Salary:
₹15, ₹22,000.00 per month
