Kosh Soul Retreat is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Inventory Executive to join our team.

As an Inventory Executive, you will be responsible for managing the inventory and stock levels for various departments within our organization.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth operations, cost efficiency, and maintaining the quality of service that our guests expect.

*Key Responsibilities:

Purchase Management:
Identify the needs of various departments for consumables and other inventory items.

Generate purchase requisitions and work closely with suppliers to procure necessary items.

Evaluate and compare supplier quotations for the best value.


Indent and Ordering:
Receive and review indents from different departments.

Place orders with approved suppliers in a timely manner.

Ensure orders align with the budget and organizational requirements.


Delivery Management:
Check and verify delivery notes against the orders.

Inspect delivered items for quality and quantity accuracy.

Address discrepancies or issues with suppliers.

Prepare periodical payment list based on the credit terms agreed with suppliers.


Month-End Closing:
Assist in the month-end closing process by providing accurate inventory data.

Collaborate with the finance department to reconcile inventory records.


Monthly Inventory Checks:
Conduct regular physical inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels.

Identify and report discrepancies and initiate corrective actions.


Reporting:
Prepare comprehensive inventory reports on a regular basis.

Submit reports to the Food & Beverage Manager, Executive Chef, Front Office Manager, and Executive Housekeeper.

*Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred).

Proven experience in inventory management, preferably in the hospitality industry.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Proficiency in using inventory management software and MS Office tools.

Effective communication skills for coordinating with various departments and suppliers.

Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.

Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
