Description
Scheduling meetings and coordinating with the Department Head & the management.- Assisting and coordinating with the other departments for daily work.
- Process, sort, and route incoming and outgoing mail.
- Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies; order and distribute office supplies as necessary.
- Perform other administrative support tasks, including updating and sorting files, drafting and proofreading correspondence, and conducting research.
- Should have Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal and written both).
- Good knowledge of advanced excel (vlookup, pivot tables, etc.)
- Must know Punjabi and English Typing
- Flexibility and the capacity to prioritize new tasks
