Description
Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.- Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.
- Helping maintain workplace security.
- Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel plans.
- Preparing meeting and training rooms.
- Answering phones in a professional manner, and passing on necessary messages to the team.
- Taking care of administrative tasks like keeping up induction/conference room, pantry, corridors, office equipment's.
- Performing adhoc administrative duties.
- Sorting and distributing mail/ sending couriers keeping a track of couriers sent and received.
- Provide excellent customer service.
Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
