Job Position:
Faculty Hospital Administration

Experience:
2-3 years

Location:
Ernakulam

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a liaison among governing boards, medical staff, and department managers.
  • Organize, control, and coordinate services according to hospital board regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations in all duties.
  • Supervise the development and execution of programs and policies for patient services, quality assurance, public relations, and department activities.
  • Assess personnel and generate daily reports.
  • Aid in the recruitment, consent, screening, and enrollment of staff.
  • Demonstrate financial acumen in budget management.
  • Authorize admissions/treatments following established protocols.
  • Maintain adequate stock levels and ensure timely ordering.
  • Communicate medical findings to patients under clinical oversight.
  • Sterilize instruments in line with OSHA requirements.
  • Accurately and promptly document patient visits.

Salary:
Up to ₹25,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Master's degree (preferred)

Experience:

  • Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
  • Creating lesson plans: 1 year (preferred)

Language:

  • English (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

  • Ernakulam, Kerala (required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Ernakulam, Kerala: Must relocate before commencing employment (required)
