    This is a remote position.

    MTC is seeking a dedicated andmotivated Learning and Development Executive PartTime Consultant tosupport our training initiatives and contribute to the growth andprofessional development of our engineering team. The idealcandidate will have a passion for engineering excellentcommunication skills and the ability to assist in designing andimplementing effective training programs. This is a parttimeposition offering flexibility and the opportunity to gain valuableexperience in the engineering field.

    As a Learning and DevelopmentExecutive your roles and responsibility will be as follows:

    CoreFunctionalResponsibilities

    • Implementing variousmethods for elearning and online training in ourplatform
    • Creating new course templateworkshop templates in our platform.
    • Analyse and evaluate theorganizational as well as individual development needs
    • Arrange and attend differentmeetings and discussions for better knowledge on training ideas
    • Work closely with the managersmentors and HR for betterdevelopment
    • Figure out the new techniquesthat are execute Examines the results after executing the new ideas
    • Stay uptodate towards the newinformation that are enter into the industrial sectors regardinglearning &development
    • Assess the success of developmentplans and help employees make the most of learningopportunities
    • Help mentors develop their teammembers through careerpathing
    • Assist in thedevelopment and delivery of engineering training programs toenhance the skills and knowledge of our engineeringteam.
    • Collaborate with senior engineers andtrainers to create engaging training materials presentations andworkshops.
    • Coordinate and schedule training sessionsensuring all participants receive timely and accurate informationabout the trainingevents.
    • Provide administrative support for trainingactivities including maintaining training records trackingattendance and preparing trainingreports.
    • Respond to inquiries from engineering staffregarding training opportunities resources andrequirements.

    • Fixing the goals to achieve thetarget easily
    • Work with reporting manager business headsand internalteams
    • Usetheoretical knowledge to bring a fresh perspective to the variousdaytodayactivities
    • Participate in weekly review meetings withvariousteams.
    • Stay uptodate with the latest advancements inengineering practices and technologies to ensure the relevance andeffectiveness of trainingcontent.
    • Assist in the organization of engineeringworkshops seminars and events to foster a culture of continuouslearning anddevelopment.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams toidentify specific training needs and tailor programs to addressskill gaps and individual developmentgoals.
    • Participate in team meetings and contributeideas to enhance the overall effectiveness of the training anddevelopmentinitiatives


    Requirements

    • Basic knowledge of engineering principles andconcepts.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonalskills with the ability to engage and inspireothers.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention todetail to manage training logisticseffectively.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite andother relevant softwareapplications.
    • A proactive and selfdriven attitude with theability to work independently and as part of ateam.
    • Prior experience in training coordination orinstructional design (preferred but notmandatory).
    • Strong leadership quality with attention todetailwork
    • Quick learner with a positive attitude
    • Solid knowledge of the most currenttechnology & itsprocesses
    • Effective communication and interpersonalskills
    • Ability to motivate and inspire the team&coworkers.
    • Bsc/BA in Business Administration orPsychology. Masterspreferred.
    • Interpersonal skill for helping people learn&grow
    • Knowledge about IT & spread sheetworks
