To manage the availability of material through the proper material master data setup, capacity planning and purchase order management with internal and external suppliers and mitigate in case of supply risks and issues.


You are responsible for

Meet first promise schedule to release orders -RLIP- 100%

  • Ensure compliance to QMS/ Regulatory and other statutory requirements:
No Production orders to be edited without approval from OCCB/Order Management / Quality

Fully compliant with adherence to QMS way of working - production orders / Labels/ IFUs

No Line stoppage with new country orders release

  • Cost and Productivity:

Line down time:
improvement with respect to base line

Zero variance in Production orders

  • Drive Operational excellence in Production Planning:
Kaizen Submission: 100%

LSW Compliance: 100%

Drive one improvement Project with Lean methodology

  • Digitization and Learning
SAP cadence: 100 % adherence

Ensure zero deviation with MES Wow during Pre and Post roll out

To succeed in this role, you'll need a customer-first attitude and the following

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Science or Diploma in any Engineering.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain in medical device or other similar industry.
  • Knows the procedures & systems for placing orders.
  • Knows the most important suppliers relating to terms of delivery, price constructions etc.
  • Knows the organization of their department in order to maintain the necessary contacts.
  • Knowledge on inventory management including safety stock management in relation to service levels.
Other Competencies

  • Taking care of all Import
  • Export Commercial documentations.
  • Monitoring monthly Inbound & Outbound repairs coil under ERP system.
  • Preparation of Error free complete Pre-Alert documentation, Performa Invoices etc.
  • Analysing correct incoming of coils in SAP ERP & then giving approvals for inbounding.
  • Responsible for Approving Correct Documents for Import coils from global logistic / Blueroom.
  • Coordination with global & domestic stakeholders including CHAs & forwarders.
  • Coordination with Production and Procurement Teams.
  • Handling Imports of
  • Air / Sea Shipments. Invoice & Pre alert documents Scrutiny, Monthly MIS, Etc.
  • Ensuring correct coils are imported.
  • Responsible for maintaining TAT for all DN approvals & import invoices & ensuring there are no demurrages on late document filing.
  • Daily, weekly & monthly reporting on MIS for all incoming coils for after sales from global logistics to inhouse logistic.
  • Updating various incoming trackers on global sites.
  • System Knowledge: Sharp on Advance excel, MIS charts & SAP ERP will be additional advantage.
  • Must be ready to work in shifts. (No night shifts)
