high-quality education and guidance to students. We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Academic Counselor to join our team. This role is critical in helping students make informed decisions about their academic paths and ensuring their success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to increase enrollment numbers.
  • Guide prospective students through the admission process, providing detailed information about courses, scholarships, and enrollment requirements.
  • Address inquiries, concerns, and objections to facilitate the conversion of leads into enrolled students.
  • Welcome walkin visitors and provide them with detailed information about our programs, admission procedures, and campus facilities.
  • Regularly track and report on your lead generation and conversion activities, demonstrating a strong commitment to targets and key performance indicators.
  • Receive performancebased appraisals, and opportunities for growth and bonuses, based on your success in lead conversion.
  • Offer academic and career counseling, helping students make informed decisions about their courses and future career paths.
  • Prioritize student satisfaction and ensure that students have a positive experience throughout their educational journey.
  • Address and resolve student concerns and issues promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in academic counseling, sales, or related roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and a customercentric approach.
  • Goaloriented and selfmotivated.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.

Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
