Undertake preparatory work, transaction processing, control and reconciliations tasks
Provide support and advice for front and back office staff
Interface with internal and external clients to provide operational and administrative support as needed
Ensure that asset service processes for Investment Banking Clients like corporate action, coupon & dividend payments

- comply with regulations, guidelines, standards and policies

Work on global and local operational projects for key stakeholders
Improve existing process by using new technologies and detailed root cause analysis

Your team

You will be based within the US Corporate Actions team In India. The US team cover the mandatory aspect of the corporate event lifecycle across both equities and fixed income. The team touch all client and product bases, sitting within the wider Investment Banking operations group. You will play a key part in ensuring that the event risk is managed accordingly and payments are made on time. Diversity helps us grow, together. 05 years broker dealer corporate actions experience at an Investment Bank desired but not essential
Examples of team leadership, motivation and organization also beneficial but not essential.
