Administration Assistant - Chennai, India - ST MED DEVICES PVT LTD
Description
The Job Responsibilities are as follows- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company.
- Handling all sales inquiries and providing product quotes as required.
- Manage and maintain the office filing and recordkeeping systems.
- Placing orders and working with suppliers to make sure they're correct and on time.
- Preparing monthly reports on cycle count and pick list count.
- Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned by the Operations Manager, such as drafting and proofreading documents, data entry, and research.
Requirements:
- Any
- Bachelor's Degree
- Good communication Skill and Management Skill
- Basic Computer Knowledge
- MS Office
- Experience : 1 or 2 years (Freshers also can apply)
Salary:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
