Job Summary:
Join our team at a prestigious 4-star hotel in Goa, located on Coutinho Vaddo, Vagator, Goa. We are seeking individuals residing in and around Vagator, Goa, to fill the role of Hotel Sales Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests and members during meal times at the restaurant, addressing queries and generating leads for new memberships.
- Proactively engage with guests to drive sales and manage the Member Help Desk as needed.
- Engage in direct sales activities during nonbusy hotel hours to generate leads and new memberships.
- Provide support at the Member Help Desk via phone when required.
Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:
- Must be wellgroomed with a pleasing personality and proficient in spoken and written English.
- Minimum of 23 years of experience as a Guest Relations Executive in a luxury hotel, hospitality, or airline services.
- Selfmotivated with excellent communication and presentation skills over the phone, demonstrating a complete command of the English language.
- Day shift from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
- A strong and consistent work record is a must.
Pay:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
