Purpose of the position :
Managing the reverse logistics process end to end, working on the assigned metrics and improving the overall performance
Key Deliverables
- Managing the assigned logistics partner for Reverse Pick ups
- 2. Managing the customerinitiated returns within the given TAT
- Ensure the delivery back to seller within stipulated time as per the defined TAT
- 4. Monitoring the LOST in transit and damage of the shipment for assigned LP
- 5. Monitoring the refund Process to meet the CIR to Refund Tat
- 6. Monitor the Return cases which are not picked and pushing the LP for the pickups of the pendency
- 7. Wrong product and used product % should be monitored to reduce the leakage
- 8. Managing the Lp level integration and resolving the escalation tickets to close these escalations
- 9. Resolving the lp level claims of damages and wrong product received
- 10. Resolution of Pod related claims
- Ensuring the data given to the Lp on time before his cut off so that the pick-up Tat can be reduced
- 12. Managing the data flow to the Lp daily basis to ensure smooth operations
- 13. Resolving the billing related issues which are related to the assigned LP
Key skills required:

- 3. Knowledge of SQL
