Salary: 2LPA to 3LPA


Shift:
Rotational shift/24*7 (Cab facility)


Working days: 5 days working (Rotational off)


Age limit:33


Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills, both in written and spoken English

Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or online support environment

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Calm and patient temperament to handle irate customers and diffuse tense situations

Good multitasking and time management skills to manage and prioritize concurrent tasks and responsibilities

Familiarity with CRM and support software tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar

Any degree or diploma in Business Management, Communications or related field

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Salary:
₹13, ₹28,000.00 per month
