Responsibilities:
- Process monthly payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
- Calculate and process taxes, including TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory deductions.
- Prepare and maintain payroll records, reports, and documents.
- Handle employee reimbursements and ensure timely processing.
- Stay updated on changes in payroll and tax regulations.
- Respond to payrollrelated inquiries from employees in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with finance and HR teams to ensure accurate payroll processing.
- Generate payroll reports for management as required.
- Maintain confidentiality of payroll information.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 35 years of experience in Indian payroll processing and tax calculation.
- Can manage payroll of employees.
- Knowledge of Indian payroll regulations and tax laws.
- Experience with payroll software and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay:
Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
