EXECUTIVE CHEF
- Developing and maintaining menus that reflect the resorts culinary vision,incorporating local ingredients and seasonal.
- Managing a team of line of cooks and other kitchen staff including hiring training and scheduling.
- Managing food cost and budgets including inventory control and waste reduction initiatives.
- Upholding standards of cleanliness,organization and sanitation in all kitchen areas in accordance with health regulations and resort policies.
- Provide leadership guidance and membership to kitchen staff,fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
