Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel Receptionist at Immense Residency located in Faridabad.

The Hotel Receptionist will be responsible for carrying out day-to-day tasks such as greeting guests, answering phones, making reservations, and handling customer inquiries.

The Hotel Receptionist will also be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service.


Qualifications

  • Interpersonal skills including friendliness, attentiveness, and empathy
  • Ability to carry out receptionist duties such as greeting guests, answering phone calls, making reservations, etc.
  • Knowledge of phone etiquette and excellent communication skills
  • Experience in the hospitality industry or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹10, ₹28,145.98 per month
