Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and active listening.
  • Understand customer needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the products or services offered.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings to effectively position our products.
  • Lead customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing the sale.
  • Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.
  • Handle objections and concerns with confidence, turning them into opportunities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team sales targets.
  • Share insights and best practices with team members.
  • Provide excellent postsales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Address and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions and transactions.
  • Generate regular reports on sales performance and contribute to strategic planning.
  • Stay adaptable to changes in the market and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Bring creative ideas to the table for improving sales processes and customer engagement.
  • Uphold a high standard of professionalism in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
  • Represent the company positively and ethically at all times.

Salary:
₹250, ₹350,000.00 per year
