Job Description:


  • The Scrum Master is responsible to support the SCRUM team to successfully complete theirs sprints.
  • He/She protects the team from outside interference to ensure maximum performance while on active sprints Removing roadblocks that prevent the SCRUM team from performing is one of the major tasks.
  • Experience working with more than one team Experience with offshore and otherwise distributed teams. Scrum Master CSP or other Scrum certifications Solid understanding of Agile methodologies values and procedures.
  • Experience with leadership facilitation situational awareness conflict resolution continual improvement empowerment and increasing transparency.
  • Technical Skills Strong understanding of backlog tracking burndown charts velocity sprint planning and task definition
