    Job Description:
    We are looking for talented and motivated Management Trainees to join our team.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in finance, analytics, or technology, and be eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

    The Management Trainee will be responsible for gaining exposure to different areas of our business and will have the opportunity to work on challenging and rewarding projects.


    • Knowledge of finance and economics (Basic Accounting, Equity, Bond, DCF and Relative valuations is a plus).
    • Knowledge of business statistics.
    • Knowledge of financial market, Options, Futures and Mutual funds.
    • Deep understanding of valuation of derivatives OR deep understanding of business analytics principles as applied to sales, marketing, HR, and inventory management domains
    • Experience of handling data/technical/finance projects.
    • Working knowledge of excel, with understanding of macros
    • Knowledge of python and database technologies.

    • Curious mind with a positive attitude needed.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
