Responsibilities:

Data Acquisition and Integration: Collaborate with data engineers to source, collect, and integrate data from various internal and external sources into our data infrastructure.
Data Preparation and Cleaning: Clean, preprocess, and wrangle raw data to ensure its quality, consistency, and suitability for analysis.
Feature Engineering: Develop and engineer features from raw data to enhance the performance of machine learning models and analytical algorithms.
Model Development and Deployment: Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and statistical algorithms to solve business problems and optimize processes.
Model Evaluation and Optimization: Evaluate model performance, finetune hyperparameters, and optimize algorithms to improve predictive accuracy and efficiency.
Data Visualization and Communication: Communicate findings and insights effectively through data visualization techniques, dashboards, and reports to stakeholders across the organization.
Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including data scientists, software engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
Continuous Learning and Development: Stay abreast of the latest trends, tools, and techniques in data science, machine learning, and big data technologies to continually improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Scala, with experience in data manipulation, analysis, and visualization libraries.
Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and distributed computing frameworks.
Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical methods, and data modeling techniques.
Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks for model development and deployment.
Familiarity with data engineering concepts and tools for data ingestion, processing, and storage.
Excellent problemsolving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Experience with cloud platforms and DevOps practices is a plus.
