MSP Program Coordinator

Location:
Bangalore

Experience Required : 1-3 years

Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree

Skills and Requirements:

Experience / Knowledge in using any of the HR System. VMS will be added advantage.
DaytoDay delivery
Client and Vendor Management.
Exceptional interpersonal relationship and verbal skills; including phone and in person presentation skills
Strong follow up skills, motivated to break into new accounts through continuous effort
Excellent projectmanagement and timemanagement skills.
Ability to work well independently and within a team environment.
Maintain an updated SOP "Standard Operating Procedures" for daytoday procedures so that operations functions efficiently
Good Experience on Market Research will be an added advantage.
Good Analytics Experience will be an added advantage.

What you will need

A customeroriented, selfmotivated critical thinker with a "Can-Do" attitude
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
13 years of experience working in a relevant area such as staffing industry operations, HR/recruiting, MSP or customer service is preferred
Strong communication skills with the ability to connect effectively across all layers of the organization
