Metrics & SLA Reporting- Provide End to End Asset Management Services across Hardware & Software Licenses
- Maintain accurate Inventory of Hardware and Software Licenses
- Conduct Proactive Audits
- Create & follow up Procurement Requests for new IT Purchases
- Vendor Management including follow up on deliveries
- Metrics & SLA Reporting
