Job details:
- Data entry of the bill receipt submission in ERP.
- Bidding with party.
- Update enquiry module, cost module, quote module and report in ERP on daily basis.
- Check the EWAY Bills.
- Send sign challan and transport bills to the party.
- Bidding and follow up for rates.
- Prepare and update bidding details of party in excel on daily basis.
- Resolve the customers complains.
Job Specification:
- Proven experience as a coordinator or relevant field with 1-3 years' experience.
- Hands on experience in ERP Software.
- Excellent knowledge in MS Office.
- Should be knowledge in EWAY Bill Checking
- Bidding Knowledge will be an extra advantage.
- Good communication Skills.
- Self-motivated and Fast learner.
- Educational Qualification - Any Graduate.
