Key Responsibilities:


  • Communication Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy to enhance Access Assist's brand and visibility.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and media outlets to promote our mission.
  • Brand Building: Create and nurture a compelling brand identity for Access Assist and its various projects.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the creation of highquality, engaging content for various communication channels, including press releases, articles, website content, and social media.
  • Media Relations: Manage media relations and proactively seek opportunities for media coverage and interviews.
  • Event Management: Plan and execute events, conferences, and webinars to promote Access Assist and its initiatives.
  • Internal Communication: Ensure effective internal communication to keep team members informed and aligned with the organization's goals.
  • Crisis Communication: Develop and implement crisis communication plans when necessary.
  • Metrics and Analytics: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies and campaigns.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in communications, public relations, or marketing, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong knowledge of financial inclusion, social impact, or sustainable development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Demonstrated success in brand building and media relations.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and social media management.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
  • Outcomeoriented with a strong work ethic and a cando attitude.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:
