We are looking for professionals with S2P proven ability who have worked on SAP ERP preferably in collections management and have a good understanding of upstream and downstream of Collection/Exceptions_
Responsibilities_

- _Analysis and identify the business needs._
- _Co-ordinate with requester for approval on the purchase requisition_
- _Select a vendor and negotiate the contract term._
- _Follow up and finalize the rate of the material._
- _Conversion of PR to PO_
- _Sharing Purchase Order with the vendor on time and monitoring on the delivery schedule_
- _Follow-up with various departments to get supporting documents/ info for dispute/deductions resolution._
- _Find opportunities and recommend solutions for process and automation improvements._
- _Daily reporting of individual portfolios to track and supervise the consumption report._
- _Work as a phenomenal teammate to process any Adhoc request in a timely manner._
- _Deliver quality customer service by researching and responding to all internal & external partners' inquiries quickly, optimal and expertly._
- _Call out problems to senior staff members and or management as appropriate._

Qualifications we seek in you._
Minimum qualifications_

- _Any Graduate_
- _Strong Communication Skills (verbal and written)_
- _Strong experience in collections & billing process and US health care experience_
- _High Energy level_

Preferred qualifications_

- _Good customer handling skills_
