Job Title:
Inside Sales Specialist


As an Inside Sales Executive, primary responsibility will be to drive sales and revenue growth by prospecting, qualifying, and generating qualified leads.

He/She will work in the Marketing team and collaborate with other departments to achieve Lead Generation targets and ensure customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:


  • Qualify leads and identify potential customers by understanding their needs, budgets, and timelines.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of the company's products or services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers, understanding their business goals and challenges.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and tactics.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual Lead Generation targets.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and conferences to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in inside sales or tele sales, preferably in a B2B (businesstobusiness) IT industry environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects and customers.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding Lead Generation targets.
  • Selfmotivated and goaloriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of the product or service being sold and the ability to articulate its value proposition to customers.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and work in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required). Knowledge and flair for IT Services Lead Generation essential
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent phone, presentation, and cold calling skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong listening and sales skills.
Ability to achieve targets.


Salary:
₹500, ₹1,000,000.00 per year
