Description

Supervise and lead a team of bodyshop technicians, painters, and support staff, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality workmanship

Plan and organize daily repair schedules, allocate resources effectively, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and customer expectations
Maintain strict quality control standards to ensure that all vehicle repairs comply with industry regulations and meet or exceed customer satisfaction
Communicate with customers to understand their repair needs, provide accurate cost estimates, and address any concerns or inquiries throughout the repair process
Collaborate with suppliers to source highquality parts and materials, negotiate pricing, and maintain strong relationships to ensure timely availability of required resources.
Enforce and promote safety protocols to create a secure working environment for staff, adhering to industry safety standards and regulations
Oversee the maintenance of bodyshop equipment, ensuring proper functioning and adherence to safety standards.
