Job Purpose


The position is that of frontline sales personnel (Customer Experience Specialist - CES) who would primarily be responsible for customer acquisition and site conversion for the Beautiful Homes Service.


Primary Responsibilities
Business Responsibility Areas Key Performance Indicators


Lead conversion:


  • Responsible for conversion of customer leads, received through various sources, for the Beautiful Homes Service (BHS).
  • Educating the customer about BHS service, materials, and products.

Customer handling:


  • Interact with the customer to understand his/her needs and prepare the initial BoQ.
  • Work with the BHS Design team to prepare the initial design for the site and share with the customer.
  • Identification and finalization of General Contractor (GC), depending on the site.
  • Handle all customer queries, issues and complaint resolution till the site is handed over to the CES
  • Site Execution.

Collection:


  • Responsible for Sales collection from the customer (site booking amount).
  • Value target
  • No. of sites converted
  • Customer satisfaction score
Key Interactions

Internal Décor (Color Pro), Services, Commercial team
External End
- customers, Contractors, Vendors, Architects, Interior Designers


Role Requirements / Specifications

Qualifications

Essential

  • Minimum of 50% marks throughout education without any backlogs
  • Graduation must be through a fulltime course.

Desired

  • MBA from tier 3/tier 4 colleges

Previous Experience

Desired

  • 23 years' experience in frontline sales across companies like Livspace, Homelane, Godrej Interio.
  • Should have experience of both Sales as well as Design area.

Functional Competencies

  • Customer acquisition for Décor
  • Décor product knowledge

Additional Requirements

  • Applicant should be mobile pan India as the said role is transferrable in nature.
