Roles & Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
Develop innovative design concepts that meet client requirements and budget constraints.
Create detailed architectural drawings and specifications using industrystandard software.
Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors throughout the design and construction process.
Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements.
Oversee project progress to ensure quality and timely completion.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address concerns and facilitate decisionmaking.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve design solutions.
