Interface with customers via inbound calls or the Internet for the purpose of or actively offering services.


Roles & Responsibilities:
-


  • Receiving calls & mails for clients.
  • Creating, validating and escalating tickets to internal teams
  • Coordination with internal teams for confirming the progress on the raised tickets for issue resolution
  • Preparing reports on MS Excel

Desired Skills

  • BE/BTech/Any Engineering Graduate/B.Com (Computers)/BCA
  • Excellent Written & Spoken communication.
  • Open to work in rotational shifts.
  • Good Analytical skills
  • 12 years of experience in customer support role.
  • Good team player

Salary:
₹20, ₹27,000.00 per month
