Interface with customers via inbound calls or the Internet for the purpose of or actively offering services.
Roles & Responsibilities:
-
- Receiving calls & mails for clients.
- Creating, validating and escalating tickets to internal teams
- Coordination with internal teams for confirming the progress on the raised tickets for issue resolution
- Preparing reports on MS Excel
Desired Skills
- BE/BTech/Any Engineering Graduate/B.Com (Computers)/BCA
- Excellent Written & Spoken communication.
- Open to work in rotational shifts.
- Good Analytical skills
- 12 years of experience in customer support role.
- Good team player
Salary:
₹20, ₹27,000.00 per month
