Responsibilities:


  • Assesses and meets client requirements through regular client and internal team communication.
  • Produces sketches, drawings, and floor plans to illustrate concepts and finished projects using computeraided design
programs (CAD) and hand-drawing skills

  • Creates mood boards to communicate design concepts to clients
  • Strong understanding and demonstrated aptitude of design principles
  • Excellent portfolio of previous works
  • Creative talent, imagination, and eye for design.
  • Experience is handling 4 to 5 member of design team and managing the end to end project execution.

Requirements:


  • You must have min 2 years of experience.
  • Registered Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
  • Experience in handling clients and handling projects independently
  • Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Google Sketchup, Enscape, Lumion, V-Ray, other 3D software etc.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills, ability to convey complex ideas effectively and efficiently.

Qualification:


Academic:
Diploma in Interior Designing (3 years), B.Arch


Technical / Professional:

  • Interior Designer
  • Google Sketchup
  • AutoCAD
  • Microsoft office
