Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Knowledge of customer lifecycle management principles and strategies
  • Familiarity with customer lifecycle management tools such as CleverTap, MoEngage, and WebEngage
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in crossfunctional teams
  • Detailoriented and highly organized
  • Passionate about educational technology and gamified learning

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage the endtoend customer lifecycle, from onboarding to retention and renewals
  • Develop and implement customer engagement strategies and campaigns
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Utilize customer lifecycle management tools such as CleverTap, MoEngage, and WebEngage
  • Analyze customer data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer lifecycle
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely manner
  • Identify and resolve customer issues to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Conduct market research to understand customer behavior and preferences
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in customer lifecycle management
