Revenue Enablement Program Administrator

Responsibilities:


  • Schedule all enablement sessions including, but not limited to, Focus days, Onboarding, New Hire training, Manager meetings
  • Manage New Hire pipeline
  • Manage participation tracking for sessions. Providing completion % status for mandatory training
  • Become an expert on our LMS system and be able to deploy missions and learning paths to audience groups
  • Maintain quarterly business review metrics
  • Support all aspects of training workshop logistics including registration and attendee tracking, reserve meeting space, set up catering, and shipping training materials
  • Communicate with training/workshop attendees, speakers and stakeholders
  • Work with vendors to order training materials and supplies if needed
  • Create and distribute feedback surveys and track metrics, build presentations that represent the outcomes of the training (reporting and analytics is a must)

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, hospitality management or equivalent experience
  • Responsible, accountable, selfstarter with the ability to work independently as well as in teams
  • Strong project management skills; able to work efficiently on multiple projects at a time
  • Strong communication and problemsolving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask

  • Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
