Your tasks:

SHE representative with Site management staff, Install the SHE processes according to LEONI standards in the site.

  • Lead of all SHE staff on the site level.
  • Represent site in front of customer for specific SHE requirements
  • Manage the Alert Management System for SHE topics (e

g:
red alerts)

  • Assure compliance site with local legal requirements.
  • Train and coach the site for SHE specific tools, methods and standards.
  • Is overall responsible for all internal SHE inspections and respective countermeasures.
  • Monitors SHE Site KPI's and targets to implement the necessary actions to achieve them.
  • Responsible for plan and perform emergency response plan for the applicable environmental contingencies
  • Report to SHE country Leader when happened safety and environmental incidents in time,
  • Focused on preventive actions to avoid safety and environmental incidents.
  • Investigation of any incidents that occur in the workplace, analyze possible root causes, and recommend changes when required
  • Authorized to stop production within production facility to mitigate risks to the health and to the environment if needed.
  • Coordinates activities in the site and monitors results in order to achieve the defined SHE targets."
