Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.- Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.
- Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
- Coordination with sales consultants.
- Administration duties.

- Excellent English and Malayalam communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality guidelines
- Proficiency in MS Office and office gadgets management
- Excellent time management skills
