Job Summary


Olam Information Services (P) Limited (OISL) is a subsidiary of Olam Group and houses Shared Services (OGBS), Information Technology and Digital functions delivery for the group.

In this role individual has to work directly with Project Managers & other stakeholders
Lead the Upstream solution team in running the existing SAP based solution

  • Strive to improvise on the existing solution to help business derive maximum benefit from varied IT solutions deployment
  • Generate ideas for business improvements and is able to implement them practically
  • Drive various system implementations/support initiatives
  • Involve in opportunity mining, writing project proposals for various businesses involving project schedules and cost estimates
  • Build a strong structure for Project Governance to provide specific project related information to the targeted stakeholders
  • Focused on evaluating the project risks on continuous basis and deploy risk mitigation strategies to control the progress of the project
  • Own and deliver the project deliverables, schedules, service levels and productivity.

Profile Description
Post graduate (preferably MBA) with 8+ years experience in business operation/ project management.
Very good communication skills as the role will require coordination with various senior stakeholders
Good handhold on Excel and other tools
