Instructional Designer


Responsibilities:


  • Design and develop instructional materials such as course outlines, syllabi, learning objectives, assessments, and multimedia content.
  • Conduct instructional analysis and research to identify learning needs and design effective learning solutions.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for instructional design projects.
  • Collaborate with multimedia designers, developers, and technology specialists to produce engaging and effective learning materials.
  • Utilise instructional design methodologies and techniques, including needs analysis, task analysis, and learning evaluation.
  • Ensure courses meet accessibility standards and are compatible with a range of devices and platforms.
  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of learning materials and courses, and implement improvements as necessary.
  • Stay uptodate with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in instructional design and online learning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design, preferably in higher education or elearning.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and developing highquality, engaging online and blended courses.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of instructional design methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using instructional design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate Storyline, and Learning Management Systems.
  • Experience in designing for diverse student populations and learning styles.

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹600, ₹800,000.00 per year
