Roles and Responsibilities

  • Plan production task in the best possible manner along with the proper systematic planning of production activities & ensure Orders are manufactured within scheduled deadlines
  • Work with management in coordinating and planning production activities to improve runtime.
  • Monitor production progress and ensure that final product meets quality standards and customer specifications
  • Monitor inventory status and generate inventory reports to Production Manager
  • Reviewing of weekly schedule with production supervisors to ensure the ontime completion of production plan.
  • Monitor the movement of materials through the production cycle.
  • Coordinate with the team in planning and implementing engineering changes in production lines
  • Investigate production problem, analyze root causes and provide solutions.
  • Maintain reports for production planning activities and sequences.
  • Plan equipment, material and manpower requirements to meet production schedule.
