Job Purpose:
Manage, monitor Director's office and ensure that all processes & systems are aligned to management's requirement.
Accountability & Responsibility:
- Comprehensive administration duties in support of the Managing Director, board and senior management team.
- Arranging travel and accommodation for the Managing Director/ Directors
- Day to day planning and organization of the Managing Director's schedule including appointments, meeting schedule & reallocation.
- Dealing with the Managing Director's post and correspondence
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks as per the requirement
- Maintain Director's office systems, including data management and filing
- Maintain records of Director's contacts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and be experienced at dealing with a range of internal stakeholders
- Meet and greet visitors at all levels of seniority.
- MIS Reports, Financial/closing related reports & Analysis.

Academic Qualification:
Experience:
2-3 years of Experience in relevant field.
Salary:
Up to ₹400,000.00 per year

- Vadodara, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
