Vendor Identification & ManagementNegotiate TOTs with brands & vendorsNegotiate Promotions, Schemes & OffersEnsure supplier involvement to support marketing calendar & new store launchesEnsure Proper input in PO issuance resulting smooth inwards & paymentsEnsure vendor orders are issued based on proper rolling order forecastWork out the best strategy between DSD and Central Deliveries which results in better efficiency & marginsExecute private label strategyResponsible for managing complete planning, buying and inventory mgmt for the category.

Responsible for managing complete planning, buying and inventory mgmt for the category.

Merchandise Buying:

  • Vendor Identification & Management
  • Negotiate TOTs with brands & vendors
  • Negotiate Promotions, Schemes & Offers
  • Ensure supplier involvement to support marketing calendar & new store launches
  • Ensure Proper input in PO issuance resulting smooth inwards & payments
  • Ensure vendor orders are issued based on proper rolling order forecast
  • Work out the best strategy between DSD and Central Deliveries which results in better efficiency & margins
  • Execute private label strategy
  • Needs 5+ yrs experience of relevant food retail
  • Must have Bachelor's degree/ Masters
  • Exposure to buying and merchandising is must

Salary:
₹35, ₹50,000.00 per month
