Position:
Kannada Language Teacher


Overview:

Responsibilities:

Curriculum Development:


  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Kannada language curriculum that aligns with educational standards and objectives.
  • Create lesson plans that cater to different learning styles and abilities.

Classroom Instruction:


  • Conduct engaging and interactive Kannada language classes for students at various proficiency levels.
  • Integrate technology and other teaching aids to enhance the learning experience.

Assessment and Feedback:


  • Assess students' language skills regularly through tests, quizzes, and projects.
  • Provide constructive feedback to students and collaborate with parents to address individual learning needs.

Cultural Integration:


  • Foster an appreciation for Kannada culture, literature, and traditions through language instruction.
  • Organize cultural events or activities that enhance students' understanding of the Kannada way of life.

Classroom Management:


  • Establish and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Manage student behavior effectively and address any disciplinary issues in accordance with school policies.

Professional Development:


  • Stay updated on current trends, methodologies, and resources related to Kannada language teaching.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.

Parent-Teacher Collaboration:


  • Communicate regularly with parents to discuss students' progress, challenges, and achievements.
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive and supportive learning community.

  • Support the overall goals and mission of the school.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Kannada language or related field.
  • Teaching certification or relevant teaching experience.
  • Proficient in spoken and written Kannada.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for Kannada language and culture.
  • Familiarity with modern teaching methods and technology.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Fresher


Salary:
₹12, ₹30,000.00 per month
