Job Title - Enrollment Advisor ( Inside sales )

Experience - 1+ yrs experience in Tele sales with good communication skills

Qualification - Any UG/ PG degree

Location - Tidel park, Coimbatore

Mandatory requirement - 1+ years experience in inside sales

Skills Required - Good communication skills

Roles and Responsibilities -

  • EA Represents the first point of contact with students and handles all stages till it turns out to be a payment.
  • It involves filtering out the prospect using an effective elimination method, collecting documents for admission.
  • Generating Eligibility letter through admissions team
  • Getting the remittance copy of the initial payment from the student and converting a lead into contact.
  • Communicating with Leads on Time and should know how to prioritize the contacts assigned to them.
  • Enters lead lists and individual prospects into system, as identified or provided by self or other staff member.
  • Communicating with prospective students.
  • Documents communication with contacts by completing forms and record logs.

Pay:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
