Role Overview:
The Sales Executive at Company plays a vital role in driving sales, acquiring new clients, and providing exceptional service to existing clients. They are responsible for promoting company services and products, meeting sales targets, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition:
Actively prospect and acquire new clients through various channels, including referrals, leads, and networking.
Identify potential clients' financial needs and propose appropriate investment solutions offered by Company.
Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with personalized investment advice and support.
Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Product Promotion:
Educate potential clients about company products, services, and investment opportunities available in the financial market.
Conduct presentations, seminars, and workshops to showcase company offerings and benefits to potential investors.
Sales Targets and KPIs:
Set and achieve individual and team sales targets, as well as Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the company.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, making necessary adjustments to sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
Market Research and Analysis:
Stay updated on market trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes that may impact the financial industry.
Analyze market research to identify potential leads, market segments, and opportunities for business growth.
Documentation and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies when dealing with clients and conducting sales activities.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, agreements, and documentation.
Sales Reporting:
Prepare regular sales reports and submit them to the Sales Manager or relevant stakeholders, summarizing sales activities, achievements, and challenges.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams, including research analysts, operations, and customer support, to enhance the overall client experience and resolve client issues effectively.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field (preferred).
Prior experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
Understanding of financial products, trading, and investment strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Results-oriented with a strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
