We have an exciting role of German Translator working as part of the BSS team that drives business development and deliver customer delight for our global clients which includes many fortune 500 companies.

Operations Analysts are responsible for supporting the client success team by providing analysis, reporting, and insights to help drive client success team performance.

You will play a pivotal role in analyzing sales pipelines, business growth and providing actionable insights to the senior leadership of Annalect India

For BSS - HR Ops:

Any Graduate

Exceptional language skills

B2 for German & English
Basic understanding of HR domain will be an added advantage
Entry level knowledge of Excel and building presentations
Comfortable working in any shifts (including night shifts)

Annalect India Academy | Graduate Trainee Role -

2 Months Training Program
The Graduate Trainees will be trained on HR Ops domain
During the 2 months training period, there will be several assessments that a trainee must attempt and clear with 75% and above to successfully complete the training program.
