product Knowledge:
Develop deep understanding of The products and services offered


Inside Sales:
Conduct Inside sales activities to generate revenue for The Application

Engage with customers through phone calls

close sale deal over a call

guide vendors through necessary documentation and registration process

client relationship management:
Maintain Strong Relationship with Clients

address inquiries from both existing and potential users


Sales Reporting:
generate Regular Report on sales Activities, conversion rates, vendor on boarding process

provide insight to management


Target achievement:
set and achieve sales targets for Inside sales and telesales

monitor progress towards targets and take corrective action


Timely followup:
Ensure timely Responses to inquiries and requests from clients and vendors

Experience : 01 to 04 years
