Description

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint to create presentations, reports, and data analysis.
  • Utilize administrative experience to handle various tasks efficiently.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for team members, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation of all relevant paperwork and records.
  • Update Management Information Systems (MIS) with accurate and timely information.
  • Act as a smart coordinator, efficiently managing schedules, meetings, and tasks.
  • Work from the office and collaborate with team members effectively.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills in both written and verbal interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint at an expert level.
  • Prior administrative experience is preferred.
  • Ability to coordinate travel arrangements effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience with filing and documentation procedures.
  • Capability to update MIS accurately and efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and external parties effectively.


This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, utilizing advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, coordinating administrative tasks, and demonstrating strong communication abilities.


Pay:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
