Description

Storage and DR Backup:
Designing highly available, durable, and scalable storage solutions using AWS services (Amazon S3,

EBS, Glacier, AWS Storage Gateway).

Implementing robust disaster recovery (DR) and backup strategies with AWS services (AWS Backup,

AWS Disaster Recovery, AWS Storage Gateway) to ensure data integrity and business continuity.

DevOps and Modernization:
Hands-on experience with AWS DevOps tools like CI/CD pipelines (e.g., AWS CodePipeline),

Proficiency in containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration platforms such as

architectures.

Familiarity with serverless computing concepts and AWS Lambda to optimize resource utilization,


Migration and AWS Managed Services:
Proficient in devising migration strategies and managing large-scale migration projects with AWS

services such as AWS Migration Hub, AWS Database Migration Service (DMS), and AWS Server

Migration Service (SMS).

Familiarity with AWS Managed Services offerings like AWS Managed Services (AMS) and AWS

Managed Services Partner Program (AMSPP) for post-migration operational support, monitoring,

and management of AWS environments.

Understanding of migration methodologies (e.g., rehost, refactor, rearchitect) and tools for

assessing, planning, and executing workload migrations to AWS with mínimal disruption and

downtime.


Deployment and Cost Optimization:
Implementing deployment automation and infrastructure provisioning with AWS services like AWS

CodeDeploy, AWS Elastic Beanstalk, and AWS OpsWorks to expedite time-to-market and ensure

consistent deployments.

Utilizing AWS Cost Management tools such as AWS Cost Explorer, AWS Budgets, and AWS Trusted

Advisor to analyze cost drivers, identify optimization opportunities, and implement cost-saving

measures while maintaining performance and reliability.

Proficiency in implementing auto-scaling, right-sizing, and resource tagging strategies to optimize

AWS resource utilization, reduce waste, and achieve cost efficiencies across environments.

Networking

VPC (Virtual Private Cloud)

Design:
Designing VPC architectures with considerations for subnets,

route tables, internet gateways, NAT gateways, VPC peering, VPN connections, and Direct Connect.

Security Groups and Network Access Control Lists (ACLs): Configuring security groups and network

ACLs to control inbound and outbound traffic to EC2 instances and other AWS resources.

Load Balancing:
Implementing load balancing solutions using Elastic Load Balancing (ELB) services

such as Classic Load Balancer, Application Load Balancer (ALB), and Network Load Balancer (NLB)

to distribute incoming traffic across multiple targets.

Auto Scaling:
Configuring Auto Scaling groups to automatically adjust the number of EC2 instances

Route 53:
Setting up and managing DNS (Domain Name System) services using Amazon Route 53,

including domain registration, routing policies, health checks, and DNS resolution.

Direct Connect:
Establishing private connectivity between on-premises data centers and AWS
