Job summary:

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic
Retail Sales Executive to join our team.

In this exciting role, you will play a key part in creating a memorable customer experience and driving sales of our exquisite jewelry collection.


Responsibilities:

Greeting and engaging customers with a warm and friendly demeanor.

Understanding customer needs and preferences through effective questioning and active listening.

Presenting and showcasing a variety of jewelry pieces, highlighting their features and benefits.

Providing expert advice on jewelry selection, care, and styling.

Building rapport and trust with customers to foster lasting relationships.

Effectively upsell and cross-sell complementary jewelry items.

Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

Maintaining the jewelry displays in an attractive and organized manner.

Staying up-to-date on current jewelry trends and product knowledge.

Following company policies and procedures regarding sales, customer service, and security.


Qualifications:


  • Minimum of
    3 years experience in retail sales, preferably within the jewelry industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to effectively demonstrate features and benefits.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Enthusiasm for the jewelry industry and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
  • Knowledge of jewelry trends and styles (a plus)
