_Job Description Telesales Executive_- Responsibilities:_
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely_
- Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics_
- Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and_
- Seize opportunities to sell products and services when they arise_
- Keep records of all followups in your database in a comprehensible_
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets_
- Previous experience in a tele sales role_
- Requirements and skills:_
- Basic knowledge for Ecommerce platforms._
- Previous experience in a tele sales role._
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active_
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices_
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types_
- Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively_
- Male and Female both are appylied_
