  • To ensure customer satisfaction
  • Proactive information's & solutions providing to customer
  • Escalate the customer grievances to the floor supervisor
  • Handle critical situations and to ensure appropriate solutions to the customer on first go
  • To Adhere to applicable standard operating procedure.
Fresher is fine

12th pass is Mandatory

Good verbal & Written English Communication skill

Rotational Shifts including night shift

Staying near by to HSR (within 10km range)
